Hadn't realized that the last time I wrote a journal entry was just short of a year ago. Crazy how the time flies.
I haven't been away per say, I lurk here almost every day, but I my art life has pretty much gone on a permanent hiatus. My top priority is my career, which I do enjoy so much right now. There is a high learning curve but with that comes new things learned everyday :)
Maybe one day I'll get back into creating some art, but for now, I think I'll just continue to lurk (which I am quite good at).
Not that many people stroll past my page as of late, but I might just do a kiriban drawing just to get the creative juices flowing. No

Big girl job

It is official! I finally got a big girl job lol I just have to finish writing my thesis (thank goodness they gave me a year to finish).
Thankfully though I should be finishing up in about 4 months so I can have time off to travel and then start sometime around April or May.
And the best part, the job is down in Texas!! Hurray, no more freezing Michigan winters!!! :D
Other than that, life if good. I've literally just been spending all my time either doing my research, watching NFL/NASCAR, or hanging out with friends. Nothing too exciting to report. :)
