 reports, 1d 1h agoDaily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. some critique notes:
1. can or would rouge really be in an open public space in just a 2piece bikini ? i can see her doin the sun thing someplace safe i.e the mansion or someplace more isolated since she can fly whereever she wants
2. the only actual drawing critique i realize this is line art but the spherical nature of the volleyball doesnt seem right..
as for the first one, i know this is the Evo-verse, but check out some of the old x-men pinups from marvel and all the x-women including rogue are pretty much naked
and the second thing, yea!! its really bad! the ball was the last thing i drew and circles are really hard to get right so i gave up. same with her hands, i do not like them.

so can't complain and pinups dont count :-p thats like publicity stills its outside the
element and the universe by technicality
in a public enviroment even with the x-crew i highly doubt rouge would play any game or walk around in anything that didnt cover her skin
from the neckdown unless she was utterly alone..
thats my lil nick pick (i get annoyed at story changes and misnomers in anything i.e a specific issue of x-men i have that takes place after the hero's return from the alter-reality created by the son of invisible woman and mr.fantastic and apparently the new persona that has come about in former magneto had supposedly found out the error or issue with rouge's supposed inablity to control her ability --->though with some Tibetan meditation training she prolly could without the inferred finding --- and heres my issue they never continue or expand upon it.. it lies as a forgotten story line for as far as i know..
--- and soccer balls and volly's are to me interchangeable in design look , the problem being that its a sphere done as line art and that is hard to do unless its ment to be a circle object and not a 3d sphere with weight/highlight and shadow needed for it soo it just doesnt look right
the overall character anatomy and structure is flat fantastic no q's even the simplicity and complexity of the suit is perfect -- i'll take a look at the hands in a moment or 2
